摘要
磷酸萃取尾气中氟资源回收利用装置采用"一氟洗涤吸收塔—文丘里洗涤器—二氟洗涤吸收塔—三氟洗涤吸收塔—气液分离器—尾气风机—尾气烟囱洗涤吸收塔"五级逆流洗涤方式,成功解决了磷酸萃取尾气中氟资源回收利用技术难题。该装置氟硅酸(100%H_2SiF_6)产量达14 kt/a,直接减少污水站石灰消耗量达4 861.11 t/a。同时,氟回收装置尾气排放完全满足GB16297-1996二级标准限值要求。
The recovery unit for fluorine resource in the tailgas from phosphoric acid utilizes a five-stage countercurrent scrubbing process,"1^(st)fluorine scrubbing absorption tower-Venturi scrubber-2^(nd)fluorine scrubbing absorption tower-3^(rd)fluorine scrubbing absorption tower-gas/liquid separator-tailgas fan-taigas stack scrubbing absorption tower",which successfully addresses the technical difficulties in the recovery of fluorine resource in the tailgas from phosphoric acid extraction.The fluorosilicic acid production in the unit is 14 kt/a(as 100%H_2Si F_6),which directly reduces lime consumption in the waste water treatment station by 4 861.11 t/a.In addition,the tailgas emission from the fluorine recovery unit fully meets the Level 2 limit specified in GB16297-1996.
