摘要
在不可再生资源紧缺的今天,研究湿法磷酸生产过程中氟平衡及提高氟收率也是开发氟资源综合利用技术的一条途径。介绍了湿法磷酸生产过程中氟平衡和氟回收利用的计算过程和结果,并提出以下措施:①控制磷酸的w(P2O5)=50%~55%、n(F/Si)=5.5~6.0,以避免硅胶的形成;②采取氟硅酸硅胶过滤和氟盐污水膜分离,以降低氟硅酸单耗和污水产生量,并回收氟盐污水中的硫酸根和氟硅酸根,达到降低石灰消耗,提高氟回收利用率的目的。
With increased consumption of irreversible resources,one of the approaches for comprehensive utilization of fluorine resource is to study the fluorine balance in wet-process phosphoric acid production and measures to increase fluorine yield. The calculation and outcomes for the fluorine balance in wet-process phosphoric acid production and fluorine recovery are outlined. The following measures are proposed :(1) In the phosphoric acid,make sure w( P2 O5) = 50% ~55%,n( F/Si) = 5.5~6.0,to avoid formation of silicone;(2) Use fluorosilicic acid and silicone filtering and fluoride effluent membrane separation to minimize unit consumption of fluorosilicic acid and effluent,and recover the sulphate and fluorosilicate in the fluoride effluent,so as to reduce lime consumption,and increase the fluorine recovery rate.
