离子液体体系制备芦苇微晶纤维素及其表征 被引量:2

摘要 对离子液体体系中制备微晶纤维素(MCC)的可行性及工艺进行了研究,并与药用商品MCC进行了比对。以芦苇纤维素为原料,实验室合成的离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([BMIM]Cl)为溶剂,采用条件试验法对离子液体体系溶解纤维素的条件进行优化。利用红外光谱、X射线衍射和热失重分析等测试方法对制备产物的结构性能进行表征与分析。确定较优的制备工艺条件:温度75℃,时间3h,纤维素质量分数2.5%。得到的产物聚合度438.86,结晶度77.97%,得率84.80%,溶解率0.38%,灰分0.05%。表征结果表明,自制MCC与商品MCC基本相同,自制MCC主要成分为纤维素,晶型结构仍为纤维素Ⅰ型,热稳定性更好。 The feasibility and technology of preparing microcrystalline cellulose(MCC)in ionic liquid system were studied,and its property was compared with commercial MCC.The cellulose in ionic liquid system were optimized through the method of conditional test using reed pulp as raw material and [BMIM]Cl as solvent. The chemical composition and structure of MCC samples were characterized by FT-IR, XRD and TGA. The results showed that the prepared MCC with polymerization degree(DP)of 438.86,crystallinity of 77.97%,yield of 84.80%,dissolvability of0.38% and ash of 0.05% under the reaction temperature of 75 ℃,reaction time of 3 hand cellulose concentration of 2.5%.The results of FT-IR and XRD showed that the crystallization structure of prepared MCC was in type of celluloseⅠ,and had better thermal stability than commercial MCC.
