摘要
选用水和有机溶剂对桉木-离子液体体系中溶解的生物质组分进行分离,通过对析出物的成分及结构表征分析可知:水分离体系中含水量小于10%时主要析出物为纤维素,含水量在11%-15%阶段析出物是混合物,含水量大于16%时主要析出物为木质素;在丙酮-水比例50%(V/V)的有机溶剂体系中木质素的得率明显低于纤维素。水分离法得到的纤维素和木素纯度高于有机溶剂分离法,X-RD分析结果表明再生的纤维素,晶型结构发生了明显的变化,但FT-IR分析结果表明,再生纤维素的特征吸收峰并未发生明显的改变,仍保有着与微晶纤维素相似的化学性质。
Selecting water and organic so/vents were used to separate the components of biomass in mixed system. Through the analysis of the composition and structure of the precipitates, we can see that when the water content is less than 10%, the main precipitate is cellulose, and when the water content is 11% -15% ,the precipitates are mixtures. When the water content is more than 16%, the main precipitate is lignin. In the organic solvent system of acetone -water ratio 50% (V / V), the yield of lignin was lower than that of cellulose . The purity of cellulose FT - IR analysis showed that the characteristic peaks of regenerated cellulose did not change obviously, it was still kept similar chemical properties to microcrystalline cellulose.
