摘要
随着经济的增长和社会的进步,我国建筑工程项目呈现出高速发展的态势,在建筑工程项目常规化管理体系中,应对质量问题和安全问题给予更多的关注,结合实际情况有效处理相关问题,从根本上保证质量和经济管理结构的协调性及平衡状态,实现建筑工程项目质量升级。结合案例,对建筑工程质量安全监督管理典型问题进行了集中分析,并着重阐释了优化措施,旨在为建筑工程质量监督管理部门提供更有价值的参考建议。
Along with the economic growth and social progress, Chinese construction project showing a trend of rapid development, in the conventional management system of construction project, according to the quality problems and safety issues given more attention, combined with the actual situation effectively deal with the problem, from the fundamental guarantee of the quality of management and economic structure coordination and balance, implementation of construction project quality upgrade. In this paper, the analysis of typical problems of construction engineering quality safety supervision and management, and focuses on the optimization measures, provide more valuable advice to the construction engineering quality supervision and management department.
