摘要
预制装配式建筑是未来建筑产业化的发展方向,笔者以上海市内环内第1个装配式住宅建筑——翡丽甲第的成功实施为例,对预制装配式建筑的设计施工全过程一体化进行研究。通过研究发现结构构件拆分深化设计联系现场实际、综合考虑施工全过程中构件的应力分布、机电管线设计优化、利用预制构件特性等对设计施工有极大促进作用。施工中充分领会设计意图、做好成品保护、优化关键施工节点等可有效地促进生产效率,提升经济效益,促进预制装配式建筑的发展。
Prefabricated construction is the future direction of the construction industry. For the first prefabricated residential building in Shanghai inner ring-Feilijiadi as an example, the authors made a research on integration of design and construction of precast residence. The research shows that structural members designed to deepen the split should contact the actual site, consider the whole construction process, consider electromechanical pipeline design optimization, use the preeast characteristics, which has great role in promoting for design and construction. During construction, fully understanding the design intent, good product protection, optimization and other key construction node can effectively promote productivity, improve economic efficiency, and promote the development of prefabricated buildings.
