摘要
城市的宜居性是当代城市竞争力评价的重要参考标准,也是21世纪被广泛认知的"城市观".本文基于主成分分析法,以淮海经济区20座城市为研究对象,从五个方面构建了宜居城市评价指标体系,利用MATLAB软件对淮海经济区各城市的"宜居性"进行综合测评.结果表明环境优美度、生活便利度、经济富裕度在城市宜居性评价中贡献率最大;现阶段徐州市是淮海经济区最宜居的城市.最后,对测评反映的宜居城市建设中的问题提出相关的政策建议,进一步完善城市功能和提高城市运行效率.
The livability of cities is an important reference standard for the evaluation of contemporary urban competitiveness and also the ＂ city view＂ widely recognized in the 21 st century. Taking 20 cities in Huaihai Economic Zone as the research object,the evaluation index system of livable city from five aspects is constructed based on the principal component analysis. And a comprehensive evaluation of the livability of cities in Huaihai Economic Zone is made by MATLAB software. The results show that environmental beauty,living convenience and economic affluence have the highest contribution to the livability evaluation of the city. At this stage,Xuzhou City is the most livable city in Huaihai Economic Zone. Finally,the the problems and relevant policy suggestions in livable cities reflected in the evaluation are put forward further improving the functions of cities and the operation efficiency of cities.
