摘要
目的 :探究涌泉穴中药穴位贴敷联合降压药治疗高血压的有效性。方法 :根据文献的纳入与排除标准制定检索策略,以"涌泉、贴敷、高血压"为检索词,在CNKI、维普、万方数据库的主题词字段进行检索,筛选出符合要求的随机对照研究,对纳入的研究进行资料提取、方法学质量评价,最后对所有研究进行合并统计量分析合成,评定涌泉穴中药贴敷联合降压药降压的有效性。结果 :该研究共纳入文献10篇,其中试验组共432例患者,对照组共367例患者,均为涌泉穴中药贴敷联合降压药与单纯使用降压药比较。对治疗的总有效率进行meta分析,结果示:OR合并=3.24,95%CI=2.06~5.08,P<0.00001,说明中药涌泉穴贴敷联合降压药的降压作用要优于单纯口服降压药。结论 :涌泉穴中药贴敷联合降压药可有效降压,其疗效优于单纯使用降压药,但是纳入研究样本含量不足、质量偏低、存在发表偏倚等原因,可能影响本meta分析的论证强度。
Objective ：The objective of this review is to inquire the efficiency of the treatment to hypertension by herbs sticking on Yongquan point combined with hypotesor. Methods ：According to the strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,we searched the China knowledge network,Wan Fang database and Weipu database in subject heading by using the search terms of Yongquan,sticking,hypertension. We selected all the randomized controlled trails. Collected all the information of the selected studies on the methodology and used the information to synthesis and analysis and finally to evaluate the efficiency of the treatment to hypertension by herbs sticking on Yongquan point. Results ：We identified 10 reports meeting the inclusion criteria for our review. In those studies,experimental group contains 432 patients and control group contains 367 patients. All those studies using the treatment of herbs sticking on Yongquan point and hypotensor compared with hypotensor only. Meta analysis showed that ORcombination=3.24,95%CI=2.06-5.08,P0.00001,means that the combination treatment of herbs sticking on Yongquan point and hypotensor is more effective than only using hypotensor only. Conclusion ：Herbs sticking on Yongquan point and hypotensor is more effective than only using hypotensor only. But because of small size of the sample,low quality of the included studies and publication bias. Those may influence the argumentation intensity of this meta analysis.
