摘要
目的探讨中药穴位贴敷配合护理干预治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法将我院自2014年6月至2016年6月收治的小儿腹泻患儿156例作为研究对象,按照入院就诊的顺序分为研究组和对照组,各78例。对照组患儿给予常规治疗,研究组患儿在常规治疗的基础上配合中药穴位贴敷和护理干预,观察两组患儿的临床疗效。结果研究组患儿临床总有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的82.05%(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷配合护理干预治疗小儿腹泻可有效改善患儿的临床症状和体征,临床效果显著,可推广使用。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of Chinese herb coordinated with nursing intervention in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods A total of 156 cases of infantile diarrhea admitted in our hospi tal from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected and divided into research group and control group according to the order of admission, with 78 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given traditional therapy, while pa tients in the research group were given acupoint application of Chinese herb coordinated with nursing intervention.Then the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the research group was96.15%, which was higher than 82.05% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint application of Chinese herb coordinated with nursing intervention in the treatment of infantile diarrhea can effectively improve children＇ clinical symptoms and signs, with significant clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
