摘要
基于绿色增长视角,采用三阶段DEA模型对2011-2015年中国内地30个省(市)大型制造企业创新效率进行评价。结果发现:(1)环境因素和随机误差对我国大型制造企业创新效率影响较大;(2)调整后的我国大型制造企业整体创新效率不高,规模效率成为制约创新效率的主要因素;(3)东部地区大型制造企业平均创新效率最高,而中、西部地区则相对较低;(4)多数省(市)大型制造企业创新效率存在一定程度的提升空间。在此基础上,提出了不同地区相应的创新效率提升路径。
Using three-stage DEA model,the research analyzes the innovation efficiency in 30 provinces of large-scale manufacturing enterprises from 2011 to 2015 with the perspective of green growth.The results show that environmental factors and random errors have great influence on the innovation efficiency of Chinese large-scale manufacturing enterprises;the overall efficiency of Chinese large-scale manufacturing enterprises is not high and the scale efficiency is the main factor restricting the innovation efficiency;the average innovation efficiency in the east area is the highest,while the central area and the west area are relatively low;most provinces' efficiencies exist a certain amount of space.On the basis of empirical research,the paper puts forward to the corresponding ascending path of innovation efficiency in different areas.
