摘要
当前,国家和地方各级推动军民融合发展政策制度环境持续优化,基础设施、产业、科技等方面蕴含的丰富国防储能亟待释放,金融领域和社会资金不断集聚与资源闲置并存,蕴含着巨大的系统投资体量和潜力。因此,亟需着眼军民融合发展战略与其它国家战略综合施策资金需求,以军民融合发展基金创新为抓手,坚持体系化推进,面向军民融合多领域提供全方位金融支持。
At present, the environment of civil-military integration development is continually optimizing at national and local levels. National energy storage, such as infrastructure, industry and technology are urgently to be opened. Unoccupied sources in financial sector and social capital are accumulated which contains great potential. This fund could provide all around financial support insisted on systematic promotion with emphasis on civil-military integration development strategy and other comprehensive measures.
