摘要
研究软梯训练法对大学生身心健康发展的影响,为高校体育课程教学开发有效的训练方法提供参考依据和借鉴。本文主要采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法,选取本校的2015级、2016级238名普通大学生为研究对象,分成两个独立样本,采用软梯训练法对学生进行16周(即1个学期)的运动干预实验,围绕身体健康与心理健康2个维度,8个一级指标进行测试,通过实验前后测试数据对比分析,得出结论:(1)身体素质方面,实验组与对照组的BMI指标差异不显著(P>0.05);肺活量指标差异不显著(P>0.05);立定跳远、1分钟跳绳、1000米跑(男)/800米跑(女)、引体向上(男)/1分钟仰卧起坐(女)指标(P<0.05)实验组均好于对照组,尤其在1分钟跳绳指标上差异显著(P<0.01),坐位体前屈指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)心理健康方面,在主观体验、情绪活力、人际感知、困境应对、身体价值所有的五个指标上,实验组得分均值均大于对照组,且在主观体验、情绪活力、困境应对、身体价值四个指标上差异显著(P<0.01)。
To study the effect of ladder training method on the development of students ' physical and mental health,to provide reference and reference for the teaching of university physical education courses to develop effective training methods. This paper mainly uses the literature method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,the school grade 2015,2016 grade 238 university students as the research object,divided into two independent samples of students for 16 weeks using ladder training method( 1 semesters) exercise intervention experiment on the health and mental health 2 dimensions,8 indicators were tested before and after the experiment,through the comparison of test data analysis,draw the conclusion:( 1) physical quality,BMI index between the experimental group and the control group was not significant( P > 0. 05); vital capacity index was not significantly different( P > O. 05); standing long jump,1 minutes,1000 meter run( skipping male)/800 meters( female),pull-up( male)/1 minute sit ups( female) index( P < 0. 05) of experimental group was better than the control group,especially the difference in 1 minutes skipping significantly( P < 0. 01),body antexion refers to The difference was not significant( P > 0. 05).( 2) mental health,in five indicators of subjective experience,emotional activity,interpersonal perception and response to the plight of physical values on all the experimental group mean scores were higher than the control group,and the subjective emotional experience,activity,response to the plight of physical values on the four indexes of significant difference( P < 0. 01).
