摘要 定向运动是一项参与者借助地图和指北针在尽可能短的时间内到访若干个标志点的体育运动,是一项集智能和体能于一体的运动,既有单人项目也有团队协作项目,对于大学生而言,定向运动的趣味性较强,能够吸引他们积极主动的参与其中。文章主要是探究了定向越野对大学生身体和心理健康的影响,然后以体育教学的视角出发,探究定向越野在高校体育课堂教学中如何更好实施的训练,为提高课堂体育教学效果献计献策。 Orienteering is a sport that participants with a map and compass to visit some signs in the shortest possible time, is a set of intelligent and physical fitness in one movement, can be a single project can also be a team game for college students, the orienteering movement has strong interest, can attract students actively involved. The purpose of this study is to explore the orientation effect on physical and mental health of college students, and then proceed to the sports teaching from the perspective of the implementation of Orienteering training methods in college physical teaching and how to better explore the suggestions for improving classroom teaching effect.
