改进的瓦斯钻孔技术在松软煤层中的应用

摘要 对于突出煤层的瓦斯治理,当在普氏系数小于0.5的煤层时,在常规的抽放钻孔技术进行瓦斯抽放过程中晋煤古书院矿,采取了一种新型的瓦斯抽放钻孔技术,可以保证80%以上的成孔率,同时能够达到原技术抽放量的8倍,试验结果表明该新技术对于松软型煤层瓦斯抽放具有较为明显的效果,能够有效解决松软突出煤层瓦斯抽放钻孔钻进和成效问题,有利于突出煤层的瓦斯治理。 Aiming at the gas treatment of outburst coal seam,when at the seam of protodyakonov factor smaller than 0.5,a new type of gas drainage and drilling technique has been adopted in the course of gas drainage in Gushuyuan Colliery,Jincheng Coal Industry Group to guarantee more than 80% of the porosity and 8 times drainage quantity that of the former technical skill.The experiment result shows that the new technique,which solves the problem of drilling and efficiency of gas drainage with soft outburst coal seam,has an obvious effect for the soft coal seam drainage and is beneficial to the gas control in outburst coal seam.
