摘要
为了解决国内大多数高瓦斯矿井由于煤层透气性较低,抽采钻孔的封孔质量不高而引起的瓦斯抽采体积分数偏低,抽采量偏小的问题,采用现场试验的方法,引入了水封巷道这一新型的瓦斯抽采技术。结果表明:该技术依据瓦斯不溶于水的特性,用水将抽采巷道中的瓦斯与通风巷道隔开,从而保证抽采钻孔具有良好的密封性。比较原有的抽采方式,能够显著地提高瓦斯抽采体积分数。水封巷道技术对于提高瓦斯综合利用效率,促进安全生产和环境保护,具有十分重要的现实意义。
In order to solve the problem that most Chinese high gas mines structured with low permeability in coal seams carry out poorly in sealing of drainage & drilling, which led to the lower and the lesser in concentration and quantity of gas drainage, the field test was used and laneway-watersealing as an innovative technology in gas drainage was introduced. The results indicated that the water sealing blanks off the gas in drainage laneway from the ventilating laneway and achieve good sealing performance in drainage & drilling based on insolubility of gas and by use of water. The gas drainage concentration could be improved remarkably comparing with former ways. The laneway-watersealing technology would be of great importance and practical significance to make the most utilization of gas as well as ensuring mine safe production and environmental protection.
