摘要
PID控制器对暖通控制系统的性能起着十分关键的作用,暖通控制系统具有非平稳性、时变性,导致传统PID控制器无法获得高精度的暖通控制效果。为了解决传统控制方法存在的缺陷,以提高暖通控制精度为目标,提出基于神经网络优化PID控制器的暖通控制系统。分析暖通控制系统的工作原理,建立PID控制器的数学模型,通过神经网络对暖通控制系统的PID控制参数进行优化,不断调整控制误差,保证暖通控制效果,在Matlab平台下进行暖通控制系统的测试。结果表明,该系统获得比其他暖通控制系统更高的控制精度,而且在最短时间使系统达到平稳状态,减少了系统的调整时间,改善了暖通控制系统的工作效率,具有较高的实际应用价值。
The PID controller plays a key role in the performance of HVAC control system. The HVAC control system has non-stationary and time-varying performance,which causes that the traditional PID controller can′t obtain the high-precision HVAC control effect. In order to eliminate the shortcomings of the traditional control methods and improve the control accuracy of HVAC,a HVAC control system based on neural network optimizing PID controller is proposed. The working principle of HVAC control system is analyzed to establish the mathematical model of PID controller. The PID control parameters of HVAC control system are optimized with neural network. The control error is continually adjusted to ensure the control effect of HVAC.The HVAC control system was tested on Matlab platform. The test results show that the system has higher control precision in comparison with other HVAC control system,can achieve the steady state in the shortest time,reduce the adjustment time of the system and improve the working efficiency of the HVAC control system,which has high practical application value.
