摘要
目的探讨健康教育联合心理干预在股骨头坏死患者中的护理效果及对预后的影响。方法选取我院收治的股骨头坏死患者80例,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对2组患者均给予对症治疗和常规护理,对照组在此基础上进行健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上进行心理干预,比较2组护理效果及对预后的影响。结果观察组患者护理后的HAMD评分及HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后的Harris髋关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育联合心理干预在股骨头坏死患者中的护理效果理想,可有效缓解患者的负性情绪,提升治疗依从性,改善患者的髋关节功能。
Objective To explore the effect of health education combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of patients with femoral head necrosis and its influence on prognosis. Methods 80 cases of osteonecrosis of the femoral head in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group, all of them were given symptomatic treatment and routine care, the control group was given health education, and the observation group was given psychological intervention on the basis of the control group, the effect of nursing care and prognosis were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe HAMD score and HAMA score of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The Harris hip function score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Health education combined with psychological intervention in patients with femoral head necrosis nursing effect is ideal, can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients, improve treatment compliance, improve the hip function of patients.
