摘要
目的:探讨护理干预在股骨头坏死患者围手术期的护理价值。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年8月本院收治的股骨头坏死患者98例。按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各49例。对照组施行常规护理,观察组施行综合护理。比较两组住院时间、护理前后的髋关节功能和生活质量、并发症及护理满意度。结果:观察组住院时间为(9.39±2.84)d,短于对照组的(13.56±4.17)d,比较差异有统计学意义(t=-5.786,P=0.000);护理后,两组髋关节功能评分、各项生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且观察组均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组髋关节功能优良率为93.88%,高于对照组的79.59%(X^2=4.346,P=0.037);观察组并发症发生率为4.08%,低于对照组的16.33%(X^2=4.009,P=0.045);观察组护理总满意率为95.92%,明显高于对照组的81.63%(X^2=5.018,P=0.025)。结论:在股骨头坏死患者的围手术期对其实施综合护理干预,可有效减少患者术后并发症,促进术后髋关节功能恢复,还可改善患者生活质量,使患者对护理服务更加满意。
Objective:To explore the value of nursing intervention in patients with femoral head necrosis during perioperative period.Method:A total of 98 patients with femoral head necrosis from January 2015 to August 2017 in our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The hospitalization time,hip function and quality of life before and after nursing,complications and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Result:The hospitalization time of observation group was(9.39±2.84)d,which was shorter than(13.56±4.17)d of control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=-5.786,P=0.000).After nursing,the scores of hip function and quality of life in two groups were all higher than those before treatment,and observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of hip joint function in observation group was 93.88%,which was higher than 79.59%of control group(x2=4.346,P=0.037).The incidence of complications in observation group was 4.08%,which was lower than 16.33%of control group(x2=4.009,P=0.045).The total nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was 95.92%,which was significantly higher than 81.63%of control group(x2=5.018,P=0.025).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with femoral head necrosis during perioperative period can effectively reduce postoperative complications,promote postoperative hip function recovery,improve quality of life of patients,and make patients more satisfied with nursing services.
