摘要
目的以JBL音箱产品为例,从情感化设计的角度研究产品造型家族特征的演变。方法从原型特征和家族特征两方面探索JBL音箱产品的升级设计模型,用语义差异法和情感化设计的三层次原理,对JBL音箱升级设计进行研究,分析三代JBL产品的情感感知的变化与家族特征的演变之间的关系。结论产品家族特征演变对情感感知的影响是复杂多样的,单一特征的变化可能涉及多个层次的情感设计。企业进行产品设计升级需要从多维度考虑特征演变中的情感化因素。材质的变化与3个层次情感化设计都相关,是升级设计中的重点。反思层次的设计关键是利用新特征塑造产品形象,以满足目标用户的情感诉求。
Taking JBL speaker series as typical example, it aims to research the evolution of product family charac- teristics based on the emotional design. It explores the upgrade design model of JBL speaker series based on the study of family characteristics and prototype characteristics. With the SD method and the three levels of emotional design(visceral, behavior, reflective), it studies the upgrade design of JBL speaker series, and analyzes the relation between the changes of the emotional feedback and the evolution of family characteristics. The evolution of family characteristics alters the emo- tional feedback in a complex way, and the evolution of single feature could influence several levels of emotional design. Enterprises need consider the emotional design factors of the characteristics evolution when they upgrade their products. The changing of material is the key of the upgrade design for it relating to all the three levels of emotional design. In the reflective level, the core is to meet the user's emotional appeal by shaping the new product image with new characteristics.
