摘要
人事工作是一项政策性很强的工作,即要求严守各项政策条例,也要求我们在工作中不断的开拓创新,运用新思维,寻找新方法。在被动执行各有关政策的同时,如何主动的了解及灵活的运用,在工作中主动学习新思维、新方法等进行探讨,加强服务意识,积极学习贯彻执行相关政策,在主动与被动的之间,转变工作思路和方法,努力提高人事工作的管理和服务水平。
Personnel work is a work of strong political significance,and we are required to strictly abide by the various policy rules,and also continuously develop and innovate,apply new ways of thinking,and find out new methods in the work.This paper discusses on how to actively understand and flexibly apply the various related policies while passively implementing them,and it is required to actively learn new ways of thinking and new methods in the work,strengthen the service awareness,actively learn and implement the related policies,and change the working ideas and methods between active and passive,and try to improve the management and service level of personnel work.
