摘要
目的探讨优质护理在中晚期肺癌患者围手术期的临床应用价值。方法选取2014年4月—2017年1月我院收治的中晚期肺癌患者50例,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各25例。对照组患者实施常规护理,实验组患者实施优质护理,对两组患者的护理效果以及并发症的发生情况进行比较。结果经过护理后,实验组患者的生活质量评分优于对照组,且实验组患者并发症的发生率也低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于患有中晚期肺癌的患者在围手术期实施优质护理,可以有效的提高患者的生活质量,使得并发症的发生率降低。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of high quality nursing care in patients with advanced lung cancer during perioperative period. Methods From April 2014 to January 2017, 50 patients with advanced lung cancer in our hospital were treated, they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received high quality nursing, the nursing effect and complications of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the quality of life score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications in the experimental group was also lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with advanced lung cancer in perioperative period, the implementation of quality care, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, so that the incidence of complications decreased.
