摘要
目的了解佛山市某玻璃制品企业职业病防治工作落实情况,明确其生产过程中职业病危害因素及其危害程度,职业病防护设施和职业卫生管理措施效果。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测等方法进行综合分析和评价。结果该企业存在的主要职业病危害因素为碳酸钠、矽尘、噪声和高温。检测结果显示,矽尘采集30个样品,22个超标,超标率73.3%;噪声检测15个作业工,14个超标,超标率93.3%;碳酸钠和高温检测均合格。结论该企业职业病防治工作落实情况暂不完善,防护设施不足。矽尘和噪声超标率高,危害严重。企业应继续加强落实职业病防治主体责任,以保护劳动者健康。
[Objective] To understand the implement situation of occupational disease prevention and control work in a glass manufacturing enterprise in Foshan,clarify the occupational hazard factors and damage degree in the production process,and effect of occupational disease prevention facilities and occupational health management measures. [Methods]The methods of field occupational health investigation and occupational hazard factors detection were adopted for comprehensive analysis and evaluation. [Results]The main occupational disease factors existing in this enterprise were sodium carbonate,silica dust,noise and high temperature. Testing results showed that the silicon dust collected 30 samples,22 samples exceeded the standard,and the exceeding standard rate was 73.3%. 15 workers were detected noise,14 workers exceeded the standard,and the exceeding standard rate was 93.3%. The detection of sodium carbonate and high temperature detection were all qualified.[Conclusion]The implement situation of occupational disease prevention and control work in this enterprise was incomplete,and the protection facilities were insufficient. The exceeding standard rates of silica dust and noise are higher,and the harm is serious. Enterprise should continue to strengthen the implementation of main body responsibility of occupational disease prevention and control to protect the health of workers.
