200万吨/年柴油加氢精制装置改造项目职业病危害控制效果评价

摘要 采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查资料收集对比及检查表等方法,对某企业200万吨/年柴油加氢精制装置改造项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,结果显示:化学职业病危害因素检测结果符合职业接触限值要求,并得到有效控制;个体噪声检测8 h等效声级d B(A)有超标现象,作业场所在原料泵、柴油泵等高噪声设备附近噪声强度较高。人员体检结果显示:该建设项目作业人员存在听力损伤的风险。该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,应改进现场高噪声作业场所的职业卫生防护设施,加强个体噪声防护用品的佩戴和职业卫生管理,提高作业人员的防护意识。 This paper adopts the methods of site occupational health investigation,occupational-disease-inductive factor test,occupational health examination data collection and contrast and checklist. It makes an assessment on the control effects on occupational disease hazard of a renovation project of the 2 Mt/a diesel hydrotreating unit of certain enterprise. And the results indicate that the chemical occupational-disease-inductive factor test conforms to the requirements of the occupational exposure limit and the factors are under effective control; there is over-standard of the normalization of equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level to a nominal 8h working day of individual noise detection; noise intensity near the high noise equipment such as raw material pump,diesel pump and so on is high. The physical examination results of personnel show that the operating personnel of this construction project face the risk of hearing loss. This project belongs to serious occupational-diseaseinductive construction project. Occupational health protection facilities at the high noise workplaces should be improved. Individual protective equipment wear against noise and occupational health management should be strengthened and the protection consciousness of operating personnel should be enhanced.
