摘要
目的探讨RNA结合蛋白MOV10在阿尔茨海默病人脑组织及Aβ处理的人脑微血管内皮细胞和神经元中的表达变化。方法应用real-time PCR和Western blot检测MOV10的表达变化。结果 RNA结合蛋白MOV10在阿尔茨海默病人脑组织中,在Aβ处理的人脑微血管内皮细胞和神经元中高表达。结论 RNA结合蛋白MOV10可能参与调控阿尔茨海默病的病理过程。
Objective To investigate the expression of RNA-binding protein MOV10 in brain tissue of Alzheimer＇s disease patients and A β treated human cerebral microvascular endothelial cells and neurons. Methods The expression of MOV10 was detected by real-time PCR and Western blot. Results MOVI0 was highly overexprcssed in the brain tissue of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease, and in A β treated human cerebral microvascular endothelial cells and neurons. Conclusion RNA binding protein MOV10 might be involved in the pathogenesis and pathological process of Alzheimer＇s disease.
