摘要
马克思开放发展思想是马克思主义社会发展理论的重要内容,具有丰富的理论内涵,主要体现在社会发展的趋势、重要动因以及实现共产主义的前提等方面,科学揭示了人类社会发展的基本规律。新中国成立以来,中国共产党在社会主义建设中继承和发展了马克思的开放发展思想,尤其是中国共产党实行的对外开放基本国策,成为马克思开放发展思想在中国的创新实践,使马克思开放发展思想至今仍保持着旺盛的生命力。党的十八届五中全会提出的开放发展理念,是马克思主义开放发展理论中国化、时代化、大众化的最新成果。
Marx＇s thought of open development is the important content of Marxist theory of social development, has rich theoretical connotation, which is mainly reflected in the trend and the important motivation of social development, and the premise of realizing communism, reveals the basic law of human society development scientifically. Since the founding of New China, the Communist Party of China has inherited and developed Marx＇s thought of open development in socialist construction, especially the basic state policy of Opening Up implemented by the Communist Party of China, is the innovation practice of Marx＇s thought of open development in China, keeps Marx＇s thought of open development still maintaining vigorous vitality up to now. The concept of open development proposed by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, is the latest achievement of sinicization, modernization and popularization of Marxist theory of open development.
