摘要
中国特色社会主义改革有其历史的必然性,这种历史的必然性符合历史唯物主义的历史决定论,是马克思主义社会发展理论合规律性与合目的性在中国的统一。中国特色社会主义改革属于社会主义性质不变基础上的量变,是中国特色社会主义制度的自我完善和发展。伴随中国特色社会主义改革的进程,国外出现了"中国破产论""中国威胁论""中国救世论""中国责任论""中国战略意图不定论"等种种不同的声音和论调,对这些不同的声音和论调,中国特色社会主义改革不受其扰,按照自己的发展逻辑并以卓有成效的实践做出了强有力的回答。三十多年过去了,回过头来总结中国特色社会主义改革实践的经验和教训,从中得出应有的启示,无疑会对全面推进和深化改革、实现中华民族的伟大复兴具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
The reform of socialism with Chinese characteristics has its historical inevitability. The historical inevitability conforms to the historical determinism of historical materialism and is the reunification of the Marxist theory of social development in China. The reform of socialism with Chinese characteristics belongs to the quantitative change based on the nature of socialism. It is the self-improvement and development of the socialism system with Chinese characteristics. With the process of socialism reform with Chinese characteristics, there have been different voices and arguments such as＂China＇s Bankruptcy Theory＂,＂China Threat Theory＂,＂Chinese Salvation Theory＂, ＂China＇s Doctrine of Responsibility＂and ＂China＇s Strategic Intentional Indices＂. For these different voices and arguments,the socialist reform with Chinese characteristics is not disturbed, and according to its own development logic and fruitful practice, the reform has made a strong answer. Over the past three decades, it is undoubtedly of great practical significance to comprehensively promote and deepen the reform and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation by summing up the experiences and lessons of the practice of socialism reform with Chinese characteristics.
