摘要
由缺血再灌注(IR)引起的肝肾损伤的病因与许多介质有关,包括氧化产物、细胞因子和活性氧(ROS)。其中ROS在缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)的过程中起着至关重要的作用,参与许多病理过程如氧化应激、细胞凋亡等过程。锰(Ⅲ)-四(4-N-甲基吡啶基)卟啉(Mn(Ⅲ)TMPyP)作为超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)模拟物具有减轻IRI的潜力。本文就Mn(Ⅲ)TMPyP在缺血再灌注方面的研究作一综述。
The etiology of renal and hepatic injury due to ischemia-reperfusion (IR) is complexed with many mediators, including oxidant production, cytokines, and reactive oxygen species (ROS). ROS play an important role in the process of ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI), and are involved in many pathological processes such as oxidative stress and apoptosis. Manganese ( Ⅲ ) tetrakis (1-methyl-4-pyridyl) porphyrin pentachloride (MnTmPyP),acted as a mimics of superoxide dis mutase and catalase, has potential to reduce IRI. Here, we will briefly review the effect of MnT mPyP in the mechanisms of anti-IR injury.
