摘要
中药地黄具有广泛的药理作用,临床应用和化学成分研究取得较大进展,对近几年来有关地黄的相关研究文献进行整理探讨,化学成分主要有环烯醚萜及其苷类、紫罗兰酮类、苯乙醇苷类、糖类等,主要成分梓醇、地黄多糖、地黄苷等具有不同药理作用,临床作用包括血液、免疫系统、降糖、抗炎和抗肿瘤等作用,地黄的相关研究成果进一步提高了其应用价值。
Rehmannia Glutinosa Libosch had a wide range of pharmacological effects, the researches of clinical applications and chemical compositions had been made great progress. The relevant research literatures in recent years were probed and analyzed. The main chemical ingredients were iridoid, iridoid glycosides, violet ketones, benzene glycosides and sugars. The main components（ such as Catalpol,RPS, Rehmaionoside etc） had different pharmacological effects, and clinical effects included blood, immune system, hypoglycemic, antiinflammatory and anti-tumor effects. The research results further improved its clinical value.
