摘要
餐厨垃圾含水率高、有机质含量高,如不加分类随意丢弃,对环境危害大。而且餐厨垃圾占生活垃圾比重较大,餐厨垃圾的处理也是生活垃圾处理中的重要一环。通过分析餐厨垃圾收运与处理的市场现状,探讨影响餐厨垃圾收运与处理效率的因素,并提出建议、对策,以更好的实现餐厨垃圾的减量化、无害化和资源化处理。
There is a lot of water and organic matter in food waste. It will be great harm to the environment if throwing away without classification. And it accounts for a large proportion of living garbage. So the treatment of food waste is also an important part of living garbage disposal. By analyzing the present market situation of food waste collection, transportation and treatment, the influencing factors of food waste collection,transportation and treatment efficiency were explored.And suggestions and countermeasures were put forward.
