夹钳吊挂在行车上,用于带箱或不带箱精轧工作辊的转运。介绍了磨辊间电动工作辊夹钳研制的项目背景、技术参数、设备组成及结构特点、电气控制及操作、安全性能设计,以及国产化研制的意义和存在的问题。
The tong is to hang with the crane for transfering service of finishing mill working roils with or without chocks installed. This paper introduced the project background, technical parameters, equipment composi- tion, structure features, electric control and safety design of the electric working roll tong development. The signifi- cance of localization development and the existence questions are also introduced.
