摘要
辽宁四行号联合发行准备库是由东三省官银号、边业银行和中国、交通两行奉行组成的发行机构,其发展是近代中国银行业联合发行活动中的典型个案。辽宁四行号联合发行准备库的成立与运作初期较为顺利,币值也较高,但受其组建和发展过程中各种不利因素的影响,准备库的业务在有所发展后迅速收缩,与之成立初期的构想有着天壤之别。
Liaoning four financial institutions joint issuing reserve was an issuing agency, formed by the Government General Bank of Three Northeastern Provinces of China, the Frontier Bank, the Fengtian branches of the Bank of China and the Bank of Communications. Its development history was a typical case of joint issuing activity in modem China. The institution＇s establishment and initial development was smooth, and its banknotes＇ value relatively high. Affected by disadvantaged factors, the reserve＇ s business rapidly drew back after development. And it showed absolute difference from the original concept.
