摘要
随着艺术学科升门以及各大高校对艺术专业人才的扩招,艺术学科迎来新的生机,同时,也面临着学校办学定位不清晰、研究生学术培养不周密等一系列问题。针对当下研究生培养不力导致的诸多问题,该文基于个体培养目标提出了艺术学科研究生"五维互动立体式"成长机制构建,其一是注重学科交融下理论知识的储备和内化;其二是开创性思维的坚守和培养;其三是独立思考精神的重拾与再造;其四是"顶点思想"的恪守和遵循;其五是"意义化生存"的复位与实现。这五个维度间相互影响、相互渗透、相互制约,其中理论知识是基底营养、开创性思维是核心统领、独立思考精神是基本前提、顶点思想是规格要求、意义化生存是终极目标。总之,该文就上述五个维度进行全方位、多层次、纵深化的立体式探索,以期对艺术学科研究生产生积极的思想引领作用,进而助益于自身健康有序的成长。
With the upgrade of artistic subject and the enrollment expansion for art professionals of colleges and universities, artistic subject is facing a new world full of vitality. In the mean time, a variety of problems such as unclear school running orientation and inadequate postgraduate academic training exist. Focusing on the problems caused by inadequate postgraduate training, this paper puts forward the construction of "Five Dimensional Interaction"?growth mechanism for postgraduates of art basing on individual training objectives. The first thing is to pay attention to the reserve and internal ization of theoretical knowledge under the interaction among subjects; the second is to uphold and cultivate the innovative thinking; the third is to regain and reconstruct the spirit of independent thinking; the fourth is to follow and keep to the "peak thought"; the fifth is to reset and achieve "meaningful life". These five dimensions interact with each other, penetrate into each other, and restrict each other. Wherein the theoretical knowledge is the basic nutrition; the innovative thinking is the core guidance; the independent thinking is basic principle; the "peak thought" is the standard index; and "meaningful life" is the ultimate goal. In summary, this paper makes a full range, multilevel, and profound spatial exploration on the academic planning based on the above five dimensions, hoping to make an active guidance to the artistic subjectresearch thoughts, and to help with its healthy and well-organized development.
