摘要
本文从民航旅客订单的使用现状入手,分别介绍了旅客订座记录、电子客票和电子杂费单的数据结构、渐进式发展过程以及在应用实施过程中的一些局限性。结合当今市场需求变化,明确了民航新型旅客订单数据结构的设计思路:整合旅客数据项和以旅客为中心的全新数据结构。阐述了民航旅客订单转型的三项重要措施:建立新的统一接口规范和定义、再造航空分销业务流程和构建订单管理系统。最终实现整个航空信息化建设的转型升级目标。
This article introduces the data model and incremental development of passenger name record,electronic ticket and electronic miscellaneous document.It also shows their limited on the application implementation progress.As the requirement of market changing,the author specified the definition idea of the new passenger order:integrating all of the passenger data elements together and making the passenger centric concept.Furthermore,the article states three important measures of passenger order transformation:building the new unified interface and definition,recreating the carrier distribution business rule,establishing the order management system.So that it can make the whole aviation IT industry upgrading and transformation into reality.
