摘要
践行跨界教育理念,培养具备诚信、博学,以及求实创新精神的金融"工匠",是"互联网+"背景下高职院校基于行业发展探索人才培养模式变革的重要途径。高职院校基于跨界理念培养具备"工匠精神"的金融人才,应树立"工匠型"人才培育导向的办学理念、重构基于跨界教育理念的课程体系、实施基于工作过程的工学交替教学模式,建设校企(行)互聘的"双导师"队伍。
The trans-border educational concept cultivates the financial craftsmen with honesty, erudition and innovation, and is an important way to explore the reform of talent cultivation mode based on industry development under the background of the "interact +". In accordance with the trans-border concept higher vocational colleges should establish the educational concept of craftsman talent cultivation, reconstruct the curriculum system, implement the work-study teaching mode based on working process, and build the double-qualified teaching team of school-enterprise inter-employed.
