摘要
以国内某机械厂生产的TQLZ2000自衡振动筛为研究对象,针对该振筛筛箱侧板易于断裂,使用寿命相对较短等问题,利用有限元分析方法,对该振动筛筛箱进行了相关静力分析,找出筛箱破损原因并提出改进意见。通过静力分析,得到静态应力分布情况,结果表明筛箱存在较大的应力集中。通过在筛箱底板上增加板材来提高筛箱的强度,使应力集中现象得到明显改善。为进行结构动力学分析奠定了基础,同时为该类机械设计提供参考。
Taking a flour machinery factory production of TQLZ2000 self regulating vibrating screen as the re-search object, aiming at the vibration sieve box side plate is easy to break, the service life is relatively short, us-ing finite element analysis method, the screen box were related to the static analysis of the vibration sieve, sieve box to find failure reasons and suggestions for improvement. The static stress distribution is obtained by static analysis, and the results show that there is a great stress concentration in the screen case. By adding plates to the bottom of the screen box, the strength of the screen box is improved, and the stress concentration phenomenon is improved obviously. It lays a foundation for structural dynamic analysis and provides reference for the design of this kind of machine.
