摘要
对施工质量控制障碍因素研究的缺乏,使质量控制相关问题的解决措施难以有效开展,也阻碍了相关建筑行业的现有发展。论文在对质量控制等相关理论进行梳理的基础上,对建筑行业质量控制进行了深入分析,介绍了施工质量控制的相关方法,并对建筑施工质量控制的重要性以及相关原则等进行了综述;对建筑施工质量控制的障碍因素进行了研究,在文献分析以及实地调研的基础上,识别出影响建筑施工质量控制的障碍因素;论文文集成灰数方法和DEMATEL方法,对识别出的障碍因素进行实证分析,其结果表明了障碍因素之间的因果关系和影响程度;论文文采用Grey-DEMATEL方法进行了敏感性分析,进而消除专家的主观判断差异对数据的影响;依据障碍因素的重要影响程度给出了相关的对策建议。
The lack of research on the obstacles of construction quality control makes it difficult to effectively solve the problems related to quality control, and also hinders the existing development of related construction industry. In this paper, based on in-depth analysis of quality control and other related theories on the quality control of the construction industry, the construction quality control method is introduced, and the importance of construction quality control and the related principles are reviewed. Secondly, the barrier factors of construction quality control are studied. On the basis of literature analysis and field investigation, the influence factors of construction quality control are identified.After that, the paper integrates grey number method and DEMATEL method to analyze the identified obstacles, and the results show the causal relationship and the degree of influence among the obstacle factors. Subsequently, this paper uses Grey-DEMATEL method for sensitivity analysis, and then eliminates the influence of expert subjective judgment difference on data. Finally, according to the important influence degree of the obstacle factor, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are given.
