摘要
包公戏在中国具有广泛的市场,元杂剧中的包公戏为法制文学在艺术上积累了丰富的经验。从清官形象的塑造、戏剧冲突的运用、表现范式的传承与创新等方面,为后世的法制文学树立了典范。其"戏文互见"的传播方式,进一步推动了中国法制文学的发展繁荣,元代杂剧中的包公戏在法制文学的传承发展中作用非凡。
Bao Gong dramas have enjoyed sustained popularity with audiences of all ages and statuses in China.From Bao Gong dramas in Yuan Dynasty,rich artistic experience has been accumulated for legal literature. A fine model has been set in the image portrayal of honest and upright officials,the use of dramatic conflicts,the inheritance and innovation of the manifestation paradigm for the later legal literature. The mode of dissemination of Bao Gong stories i. e. cross-referring the Bao Gong stories in different genres,further promotes the development and prosperity of Chinese legal literature.
