摘要
针对在储罐底板检测过程中,一些大型检测设备无法接触储罐边角、盘管下部等复杂区域的问题,研制了便携式多通道三维漏磁检测系统,该系统主要由检测装置、数据处理模块及上位机软件组成。检测装置磁化储罐底板并采集检测底板的漏磁信号,数据处理模块采用小型化处理电路,主要完成数据传输和人机交互等功能,上位机软件实现采集信号实时显示及缺陷信号分析处理等功能。开展检测试验并讨论三维漏磁信号产生机理,最终验证,使用该系统能快速有效地检出储罐底板一定深度范围内的腐蚀缺陷,具有良好的可靠性与重复性。
Aiming at the problem that some testing equipment in large scale are unable to get access to the complex area,tank corner,coil bottom included,in the process of testing of the tank floor,a portable 3 D magnetic flux leakage testing system with multi-channel is developed. The system is mainly composed of detection device,data processing module and PC software.The detection device is used to magnetize the tank floor so as to collect and test the magnetic flux leakage signals of the floor.Minimized processing circuit is installed in the data processing module,which plays the role of completing data transmission and human-computer interaction. The PC software has realized the function of collecting signals,real-time display,analysis and processing of defective signals. By conducting the experiment and making discussions on the generating mechanism of the magnetic flux leakage signals,the conclusion that the corrosion defects within the scope of certain depth in the tank floor can be detected quickly and effectively through this system which is in good reliability and repeatability can be verified.
