摘要
脉冲涡流是近几年新发展起来的一种无损检测技术 ,主要用来对裂纹和腐蚀等缺陷进行定量检测。针对传统的脉冲涡流传感器在腐蚀成像检测中出现的信号变化复杂、特征量难以提取的问题 ,提出了一种新的斜角式阵列传感器 ,试验结果表明该传感器具有良好的响应特性 ,测试精度得到了很大的提高 ,非常适合应用于对大面积腐蚀的成像检测。
Pulsed eddy current (PEC) nondestructive testing is a new technology developed in recent years, mainly used to detect crack and corrosion quantificationally, aimed at the problems that conventional PEC probe makes signal changing complexly and eigenvalue is difficult to pick up, a new bevel array probe is proposed, the result of experimentation shows that the new probe effectively improved the characteristic of the induction signal and greatly increased measurement precision, it is adapt to used in the imaging detection of large-scale area corrosion.
