抚触联合非营养吸吮对早产儿生长发育的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨抚触联合非营养吮吸对早产儿生长发育的影响。方法:选取114例早产儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各57例,对照组予以新生儿抚触护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予非营养吮吸,比较两组新生儿每日增加体重,第1天、7天及14天的进奶量,比较两组新生儿护理前后体重、头围、胸围及身长。结果:观察组每日增加体重、第7天、14天进奶量均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组第1天进奶量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组体重、头围、身长、胸围等生长发育指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抚触联合非营养吮吸有助于促进早产儿生长发育,效果优于单纯抚触。 Objective: To investigate effects of neonatal massage combined with non-nutritive sucking on growth and development of premature infants. Methods: 114 premature infants were taken as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,57 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine nursing; besides,the control group was given neonatal massage,while the observation group was given neonatal massage combined with non-nutritive sucking. After the nursing,the daily weight gain,milk intakes of 1 d,7 d and 14 d in the two groups were compared,and the body weight,head circumference,chest head circumference and body length in the two groups were also compared 2 weeks after the nursing. Results: After the nursing,the daily weight gain and the milk intakes of 7 d and 14 d of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05); however,there was no statistical difference in the milk intake of 1 d between the two group( P〈0. 05). Conclusions: Neonatal massage combined with non-nutritive sucking can enhance the growth and development of the premature infants more effectively than single neonatal massage.
