摘要
由于"东海无鱼"现象日趋严重,舟山市实施了"减船转业"。虽然已经取得一定成果,但是在实施过程中仍然存在诸多问题。通过对实施过程中出现的问题进行分析探讨,提出相应的对策及建议,以望能促进渔民成功进行"减产转业",实现减少过剩渔业捕捞能力,同时为渔业资源的可持续发展提供一定参考依据。
As the ＂East China Sea without fish＂ phenomenon is becoming increasingly serious, Zhoushan City have implemented the policy about ＂reduction of fishing vessels and shift of production and occupation＂ . Although significant results have been achieved, there are still many problems in the implementation process. Through the analysis of the problems in the implementation process, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, which hope to promote the fishermen to carry out the jobs, to reduce the fishing capacity of excess fishery and can provide some reference for the sustainable development of fishery resources in accordance with.
