芜湖市面粉厂粉螨种类调查 被引量:4

Species Investigation of AcaroidMite Species in a Flour Factory in the City of Wuhu

摘要 目的了解芜湖市面粉厂地脚粉孳生粉螨的种类及分布情况。方法采集面粉厂不同环境(仓库内、磨粉间、筛粉间、院区内)地脚粉样本,每个生境分别设5个采样点,每个采样点采集地脚粉样本2份,每份10g。采用直接镜检法分离粉螨,制备粉螨的玻片标本,显微镜下直接观察螨体形态特征和测量其大小,对螨种进行鉴定和分类,并计算不同环境粉螨的平均孳生密度和相对丰度。结果从4种生境共采集样本40份(重400g),分离粉螨28730只,平均孳生密度71.83只/g,其中仓库内的平均密度最高,为124.00只/g,院区内的平均密度最低,为26.40只/g。其中以腐食酪螨(Tyrophagus putrescentiae)(7820只)、害嗜鳞螨(Lepidoglyphus destructor)(7220只)和粉尘螨(Dermatophagoi desfarinae)(4590只)居多。共分离鉴定出14种粉螨,隶属于4科10属。其中粉螨科6种,食甜螨科5种,麦食螨科3种,分别为粗脚粉螨(Acarus siro)、腐食酪螨(Tyrophagus putrescentiae)、长食酪螨(Tyrophagus longior)、椭圆食粉螨(Aleuroglyphus ovatus)、食虫狭螨(Thyreophagus entomophagus)、纳氏皱皮螨(Suidasia nesbitti)、家食甜螨(Glycyphagus domesticus)、隆头食甜螨(Glycyphagus ornatus)、米氏嗜鳞螨(Lepidoglyphus michaeli)、害嗜鳞螨(Lepidoglyphus destructor)、棕脊足螨(Gohieria fuscus)、梅氏嗜霉螨(Euroglyphus maynei)、粉尘螨(Dermatophagoides farinae)和屋尘螨(Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus)。仓库、磨粉间、筛粉间和院区内分离粉螨种数分别为10、5、9和4种。结论芜湖市面粉厂仓库内粉螨污染严重,应及时清理地面残留的面粉,减少粉螨孳生;粉螨的种类和分布与温度、湿度、光照、粉螨的食性和人为干扰等因素密切相关,且粉螨的种类和分布是多种因素综合作用的效果。 Objective To investigate the species and distribution of mites in flour contaminated with dust at a flour factory. Methods Samples were collected from four different locations(the warehouse,the mill room,the sifting room,and on the grounds)at a flour factory.Five sampling sites were placed in each location and two samples were collected from each sampling site.Each sample weighed 10 g.Direct microscopy was used to separate mites from the flour contaminated with dust.Slide specimens were prepared and observed directly under a light microscope.Mite morphology was observed,the size of mites was measured,species were identified,mites were counting,and the average breeding density and relative abundance of mites in different locations were calculated. Results In total,28,730 acaroid mites were obtained from 40 samples(weighing 400 g),and the average breeding density was 71.83 mites/g.The highest breeding density was in the warehouse(124.00 mites/g)and the lowest was on the grounds(26.40 mites/g).Most of the mites were Tyrophagus putrescentiae(7 820 mites),Lepidoglyphus destructor(7 220 mites),or Dermatophagoi desfarinae(4 590 mites).Fourteen species of mites were found in the 4 different locations.Mites belonged to 4 families and 10 genera.Those mites consisted of 6 species in the Acaridae family,5 in the Glycyphagidae family,and 3 in the Pyroglyphidae family.Specific species included:Acarus siro,Tyrophagus putrescentiae,Tyrophagus longior,Aleuroglyphus ovatus,Thyreophagus entomophagus,Suidasia nesbitti,Glycyphagus domesticus,Glycyphagus ornatus,Lepidoglyphus michaeli,Lepidoglyphus destructor,Gohieria fuscus,Euroglyphus maynei,Dermatophagoides farina,and Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus.Ten mite species were found in the warehouse,5 were found in the mill room,9 were found in the sifting room,and 4 were found on the grounds. Conclusion The warehouse of the flour factory was seriously con-taminated with acaroid mites.Thus,flour left on the ground needs to be promptly cleaned up to reduce inf
