摘要
目的采用Meta分析对1982-2015年发表的有关我国人居环境中螨类分布的流行病学文献进行归纳汇总,综合分析我国人居环境中尘螨分布情状。方法收集公开发表的有关我国人居环境螨类分布文献,采用Meta Analyst Beta 3.13软件Meta分析法分析我国人居环境螨类分布状况,运用Arcview GIS 3.3绘制我国人居环境螨类孳生率、孳生密度分布地图。结果纳入34篇文献,总标本量25 102份,我国人居环境螨类孳生率加权合并值为60.3%(95%CI:54.9%-65.5%),其中南部城市螨类孳生率71.4%(95%CI:58.9%-81.3%),中东部孳生率61.8%(95%CI:54.7%-68.5%),北部孳生率40.3%(95%CI:25.8%-56.6%),屋尘螨(Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus)和粉尘螨(D.farinae)是我国人居环境中广泛分布的优势螨种,南部与中东部城市的尘螨优势螨种多样化趋势明显,5-7月均存在尘螨孳生高峰,而北部地区的高峰期在9月份。结论我国不同地理区域人居环境中螨类种群分布具有多样性,季节消长趋势也有所不同,可为螨类过敏性疾病的防治提供参考。
[Objective] To ascertain the distribution and seasonal dynamics of domestic mites in China in order to pro- vide evidence for the formulation of measures to prevent allergic diseases. Methods Data on the distribution of domestic mites in human habitats in China were collected from papers published from 1982-2015, and Meta Analyst Beta 3. 13 was used to perform a recta-analysis of that data. Information about the breeding conditions for domestic mites was mapped using ArcView GIS 3.3. Results Thirty-four papers were identified and provided data on 25,102 mites in total. The weighted rate of domestic mite detection was 60.3% (95%CI: 54.9-65.50//00) in China (71.4% in the south, 61.8 % in the east and center of the country, and 40.3 % in the north). The predominant species of domestic mites found in China were D. pteronyssinus and D. farinae. Predominant species in the south and east/center of the country were markedly more diverse than those in the north. Mite density peaked in September in the north. In the south and east/cen- ter of the country, the number of mites peaked from May to July. Conclusion Ascertaining variations in the distribution and seasonal dynamics of domestic dust mites in human habitats in various geographical regions of China will help to prevent and treat allergic diseases due to those mites.
