摘要
目前,随着经济的高速发展,我国交通运输管理也取得了长足的进步。其中,人力资源管理在交通运输管理中发挥了重要的作用,如何提升人力资源管理力度并激发干部职工的工作积极性是当前交通人力资源管理中所要面对的主要问题。因此,论文着重分析了当前我国交通运输管理单位人力资源管理的现状,并对此提出几点解决策略,其目的是为了更好地提升我国交通运输管理部门人力资源管理水平。
At present, with the rapid development of economy, China's transportation management has made considerable progress. Among them, human resources management plays an important role in the transportation management. How to improve the human resources management and stimulate the enthusiasm of the staffand workers is the main problem faced by the current traffic human resources management. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current situation of human resources management in China's transportation management units, and puts forward several solutions to improve the level of human resources management in China's transport management departments.?
