摘要
丰满水库是一个以发电为主,兼顾防洪、灌溉、供水、航运等综合利用的大型水库,是东北松花江流域一个重要的水利枢纽节点。而水库调度的效果在发挥防洪、发电、灌溉、旅游诸方面效益上起到关键作用,那么及时掌握水库的可调水量,也即把"水文分析计算"准确性是做好水库调度工作的重中之重。GIS系统在丰满水库调度自动化系统中以数据为核心,以可视化描述为特点,对空间数据进行定位、可视化与管理,实现了空间、地理分布及其属性数据的采集、存储、管理、查询、分析和图形交互显示,为地理研究和决策服务做出了突出贡献,大大提高了水文分析和流域内人类活动影响下的洪水预报水平,同时对流域内站网布置起到了关键作用。
Fengman reservoir is a large reservoir which is mainly used to generate electricity, combine flood control, irrigation, water supply, shipping and so on.And it is also an important hydro junction node of the northeast Song huajiang River basin.And how much water can regulated,at the same time to play the benefits of flood control, power generation, irrigation and tourism,to master the water quantity in time,also called"the hydrological analysis and calculation" is a crucial issue.GIS technology is a spatial information system of multi discipline integration,with the support of computer hardware and software systems,it can realize the data collection, storage, management, query, analysis and graphic interactive display of the data and the spatial and geographical distribution based on spatial database.The GIS system can also take the data as the core, take the visualization description as the characteristic, locate、visualize and manage the spatial data.It is a spatial information integration system that can provide services for geographical research and decision making,and has been widely used in reservoir dispatching system,greatly improve the level of hydrological analysis.
