摘要
辽宁省水库调度管理系统建设以全省921座水库和重点输供水项目作为研究对象,结合水库防洪和兴利调度管理,整合水库报讯、水资源管理、视频会商等基础应用,以GIS为应用平台,采用B/S和C/S相结合的开发模式,建设成一套全省水库调度管理的综合管理信息系统,实现数据资源和业务系统的整合共享,达到防汛会商决策和水资源优化调度管理的目标。
This study taking the entire 921 reservoirs and key water supply project as the research object, develops a set of comprehensive reservoir dispatching management system based on GIS application platform, by the use of B/S and C/S mode, combining with reservoir flood control, irrigation scheduling management, reservoir telecommunication, water resource management, and video in consultation. It realizes the share and integration of data resources and business system, and reaches the goals of flood control and consultation and water resources optimization scheduling management.
