摘要
制度和结构及其演变型塑着农民工行动选择的机会结构,制度力量体现在工人以组织化或者非组织化机制、通过各种集体行动表达自己诉求的能力,结构力量取决于工人在经济系统中的位置。农民工对机会结构的感知及其行动上的回应具有能动性,不同技能、素质的农民工因制度和结构赋予的能力提升有着显著的差别。以新《劳动合同法》为核心的一系列政策和制度成为促进或改善工人结构力量增长的重要制度力量,农民工因制度力量与劳动力市场供求结构改变而"增权",并在实践上推动了管理政体由专制主义到人性化管理的转变。
Institution, structure, and their evolution have been shaping the opportunity structure of migrant workers 'choices of action. Institutional power manifests itself in the ability of workers to express their own demands through various collective actions based on organized or non-organizational mechanisms. The structural power depends on the workers' posi- tion in the economic system. Migrant workers' perception of the opportunity structure and their response to actions show ac- tive features. Migrant workers show significant differences in their institutional and structural power due to differences in skills and qualities. A series of policies and systems, with the new Labor Contract Law as the core, have become an impor- tant institutional force to promote or improve the growth of workers' structural power. Migrant workers have been "empow- ered" by the increase of institutional power and the structural changes in the labor market, and has promoted the transfor- mation of the regulatory regime from authoritarianism to human-oriented management in practice.
