摘要
人才培养模式是高校教育的重要问题,作为地方本科院校,在转型和发展中应立足"地方性"和"应用型"的办法定位,需改革人才培养模式。文章介绍了地方本科院校化工类应用型人才培养模式存在的问题,接着从构建化工类专业人才培养方案、引导向"双师型"发展、以学生为中心教学模式的校企合作培养化工类人才模式等方面对上述问题进行探讨,目的培养服务地方经济建设和社会发展需要的有用人才。
It is important for the cultivation system in university education. As a local undergraduate university, it is based on ＂local fields ＂ and ＂applied talent＂ in the transformation and development. The question of the applied undergraduates cultivating of chemical engineering fields in the local university is introduced. The applied undergraduates cultivating of chemical engineering fields, leading to double-teacher, student-centered teaching model, university-enterprise cooperation cultivating chemical engineering talent mode are discussed. This is due to service for local economic construction and applied talents of social development.
