摘要
本文基于肖顿一鲍曼缩合法路线,采用氢氧化钠做中和剂,乙醇-水作溶剂合成N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠。根据缩合反应的主要影响因素设计正交试验,分析N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠的纯度,找到最佳反应条件。实验结果表明当n(肌氨酸钠)∶n(月桂酰氯)=1.4∶1,反应3.5 h,V(乙醇)∶V(水)=2∶1时产品的纯度最高,脂肪酸钠含量最低。
Sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate was synthesized in ethanol / water mixed solvent and sodium hydroxide was as neutralizing agent, which was based on Schotten - Baumann condensation. Orthogonal experiments were designed according to the main influencing factors of condensation reaction to analyse the purity of sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate and achieve the optimum reaction conditions. The experimental results showed that when n (sodium sarcosine): n (Dodecanoyl chloride) is 1.4:1, reaction time is 3.5 h, V (ethanol): V (water) is 2:1, the purity of sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate is highest, and the fatty acid salt content is lowest.
