雾霾中库克菌属细菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感性分析 被引量:1

Identification and drug resitance analysis on ambient Kocuria bacteria in haze day

摘要 目的对雾霾中分离的库克细菌进行种属鉴定和药敏实验,研究环境中库克菌属细菌的分布状态、生化特性和耐药特征。方法于2016年冬季雾霾环境下使用空气撞击法收集距地面10~15 m的空气微生物,将分离的细菌纯化培养后进行革兰染色、16S r DNA序列分析、生化鉴定和耐药性分析。结果 8株细菌经16S r DNA测序分析确定为库克菌属细菌,为革兰阳性球菌;经VITEK 2革兰阳性细菌鉴定卡分析,8株菌鉴定为玫瑰色库克菌;其对青霉素类、碳青霉烯类、氨基糖苷类、丙酰胺类、四环素类、安沙霉素类等6类药物有不同程度的敏感,个别菌株对氟喹诺酮类、头孢类、大环内酯类、林可霉素类药物的耐药性表现为中介,未发现耐药株。结论雾霾空气中存在少量的条件致病菌玫瑰色库克菌,该菌对大部分抗生素敏感。 Objective To study the distribution, biochemical characteristics and drug resistance characteristics of ambient Kocuria in haze day in winter. Methods The ambient microorganisms were collected by airflow impact sampler with sampling height of 10-15 m in haze day in winter,the bacteria were isolated and purified, stained by Gram's methods, identified by 16S rDNA sequence analysis and biochemical experiment. Results The eight strains of Gram-positive cocci were identified as Kocuria sp by 16S rDNA sequence analysis, and which were identified as Kocuria rosea according to biochemical analysis by VITEK 2 Gram-positive bacteria identification card. The eight strains of Kocuria rosea were sensitive to penicillins, carbapenems, aminoglycosides, propionamides, tetracyclines and ansamycins, and the individual strains showed mediator state for fluorequinolones, cephalosporins, macrolides, lincosamides drugs, resistant strains was not found. Conclusion There exists a small amount of opportunistic pathogen Kocuria rosea in air of haze day, and it reveals great sensitivity to most antibiotics.
